McAlpine Park
Take I-85 North to I-485 East towards Pineville. Take I-485 to the Providence Road exit and make a left at the top of the ramp. Take a right onto Highway 51 at the Arboretum Shopping Center. Go through several lights and turn left onto Monroe Road. Go through one light. Just under the railroad bridge make a right. The park comes up quickly after going under the bridge.

Take right on Glover Street (there are a couple of small, brown Jackson Park signs before this turn). Go 0.7 miles into South entrance of Jackson Park (note – Glover Street is a small, residential road).
